Buyer reviewMe and my wife made the choice to buy our first home together. It was a very chaotic time in our life. Because we were managing our wedding, work, church, and family matters all at once. So when we decided to buy a home on top of all that it added a lot on our plates. Daniel made our home buying experience very simple and easy. He was very knowledgeable about the home and area we requested. I was very pleased and impressed with all the information he gave me and my wife on the home and homes around the area. He was amazing at reminding us when and what we had to follow during the home buying process. This was the first home I bought with my wife and I was very pleased with how he guided us on. His communication skill are very very impressive.

Buyer reviewDanny assist me not only with buying this home but also selling my previous home. I think this was the hardest thing that could be done because handling two transactions and deadlines at the same time was so stressful but Danny knew all the right things to say and do. He was so detailed and perfectionist that I didn't think twice of trusting him without any concern. He always knew what the answer was and was always there when I had a question or concerned. He made this seem such a easy thing. Even though we had bumps in these transactions he would go above and beyond to work things out. Like I said and will continue to say Danny is not only considered my agent but he is now my family where he always looked for the best interest for me. Thank you Danny!

Since he was very detailed on all paper work and always explaining any part of the transaction process. I knew at any time I could call, text, or email him and he would always be there to respond. Most importantly he was always concerned of my situation and made sure to always keep my needs first. Buyer reviewFrom the start they seem very professional, realistic with down to earth expectations. they were honest and able to explain everything we ask them in the simplest way. They made the buying experience less stressful. Daniel is amazing in negotiating and really looking out for our interest above anything else. I am highly recommending him. They were very real to the situation, gave us our option when in a tight situation with a clear understanding of the pros and cons of each option. This help my family and I make the most knowledgable decisions. They never made a decision without our consent.
