Buyer reviewI would recommend Daniel Avendano to potential home buyers. He worked very hard to push the sale through by making everything easy and following up every detail, The lending side seem to take longer to get things done and he always made sure that they were on the same page. The important part was Daniel explained everything to me and helped me with paperwork, there was alot of it and I had to sigh alot of documents. Since he was able to speed everything along and keep in touch with everyone he was able to make sure that I did not loose the house as I have in the past by someone stepping in and overbidding etc. He made sure that the listing agent and owners had the confidence to hold on to complete the transaction even though everything was taking longer.I wish him the best with his future career as a Realtor
