Daniel D. is a very hard worker who understands the needs of both the buyer and the seller, depending upon which need was involved in the sale or purchase. He communicated in a timely manner and kept me, the seller updated at all times. He was friendly and was flexible and listened to my needs. I would recommend him and I would be happy to use him again. In fact I have utilized his services on two occasions. A sale may have happened sooner but two unexpected losses of clients were really no fault of the broker. Also, the first house he sold for me went in less than a week. The second one had some issues resulting in a delayed sale. Notwithstanding he got an excellent price considering all that transpired with the second sold house. He rolled with the punches and then worked hard to get the house sold. Daniel and his staff were excellent and they know what they are doing. If I were to sell a house in the Chula Vista and surrounding area, I would go back to Daniel again for his sales acumen. Daniel Di Mateo is your man if you want professional and rapid results. His commissions are within the market and upon occasion, he's even been known to negotiate, but don't tell him I told you that!
