Seller reviewHe did a quick and efficient way of selling the house. He did a great way of advertising the house i. E is the virtual tour which I think that makes it more appealing to the buyers. Daniel is a great realtor. He is very professional when dealing with his clients. He always does his research before giving options on how you will tackle the situation. I also praise his timely response to my email or text and he will call you back in case he missed your call. Highly recommended as a realtor! I highly recommended to everyone.

Seller reviewMy parents had recently passed and my sister and I had the task to sell their home. We interviewed multiple real estate brokers and found Daniel presentation refreshing. He had a detailed plan on how he was planning to market the property, any questions we had, he was able to answer with a detailed explanation. We had multiple offers on the property and Daniel guided us on which was the best to take and why. He also had excellent negotiating skills when the buyer wanted some concessions. The house closed within the timeframe we needed and above our asking price. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with Daniel and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Seller reviewWorking with Daniel Di Matteo was easy and a pleasure. He helped us in a unique situation in which we were selling a house, buying an empty lot and getting a construction loan. He was on top of it the whole time, keeping us updated on timelines and changes. He was excellent at communicating with all parties including any information our loan officer needed.
