Once Danielle knows what you want, she will do what she can to get it for you. As a selling agent, she thoroughly checked out our prospective buyers before we answered any offers. She also kept on top on everything to make sure the sale went through. She pulled all of the players in the transaction together and walked our buyer's less experienced Realtor through what needed to be done. She has a great resource packet with everything you need to know as a seller. Most times, all you have to do is refer to the various information there and you are all set. There's plenty of contractors, lawyers, etc. on those lists that consistently work with Danielle and will make things happen fast if need be. As a buyer's agent, she did what needed to be done to get us the house we wanted and still made sure we knew that there were always other options if we wanted to walk away and look for something else. She made sure we did all of the right inspections - even the extra ones that we might have blown off. She gave us the right information, helped us sort through our options and held our hands when we needed it. Overall, Danielle Fiorina is an experienced professional, has the contacts and local area knowledge. All I can say is that she knows the score; she will get your house sold and help you close on a new one as painlessly as possible. I highly recommend her to anyone.
