We asked Danny to be our Realtor because he was a friend back in our Air Force days...and let me tell you his commitment to selling our home was beyond excellent ! We do not live in the area anymore and the house needed much to be done to sell it. Danny handled all the arrangements to have work done, he consulted with me on every little detail, he was very thorough and things got done in a very timely manor. Danny listed the house as soon as all the repairs were completed and the house sold not long after that, without Danny handling all the contractors and small details we would have been very stressed trying to do this from another state..I do not believe that all Realtors would have done all this, and I do not believe Danny would only do this for us, I believe he is committed to excellence in his job period ! Danny explained all the documents to us and made it easy to sign . I want to point out that even after the sale went through Danny went above and beyond, there was some hold up with the funds being deposited into our account and Danny got right on it and got our funds to us ....if your looking for an honest , committed Agent Danny Herndon is your Man... I can't rate Danny high enough. Danny handled every aspect of this sale above and beyond what we would have expected from any typical Realtor....Cleary Danny is not Typical..

Danny was very helpful in looking at all the houses that I chose. He was always on time to every appointment and very professional! He answered all my questions and always did his best for me. He is a top performer in my book. I highly recommend him.

Danny is a great realtor! This is the second house that I have bought from him. I have also referred multiple friends to him. He is very devoted to his clients and goes the extra mile for them. He answers his phone at all times and answered all questions that I had. He also worked hard to make sure that I stayed within my budget (no easy feat) and advocated for me every step of the way. I highly recommend Danny to anyone who is considering buying a house!!! Always accessible! It went very smoothly after another home fell through. He spent 8 months helping me with the details of building a new home before it unexpectedly fell through ( no fault of Danny's). After the disappointment of losing that home, he helped me find this one in less than a week. It's actually a better house! Many realtors would have been frustrated, as I was, and given up. Not Danny! Once he takes you on as s client, he is committed! I love Century 21 Northside but don't like that they tack a $495 fee onto the commission for legal services. I think that should be optional. I already have an attorney. I don't need to pay that fee. It should be optional. Love working with Danny!

It was a pleasure to have Danny as my realtor. He knew things about my area and did things how I wanted. Would definitely use him again if I every owned another home in San Antonio.
