Buyer reviewMy wife and I used Darren Daily 2 years ago to help us find and buy the cabin we really enjoyed. As I stated in that review, "It is said that it is better to be lucky than good. We were extremely lucky to find someone so good." We had a cabin that fit everything we wanted at the time. Our circumstances changed and the cabin no longer fit our needs, so we went back to Darren. (which I think is a testament of how good he was) He spent the time to find us the house that fit our new needs and sold our cabin. We are extremely happy with his work. His ability to handle everything made everything on our end very easy. I cannot give him a strong enough recommendation as a realtor.

What made the experience special was the fact that Darren Daily was consistently supportive and intuitively recognized how to manage the situation. I never felt like I was dealing with an organization motivated to sell. It seemed like the motivation was to make the experience as painless as possible. Darren's experience in negotiating the right price and managing all aspects of closing was outstanding.

Darren went to work quickly and found my future house on our first go around. Since I was new to the home buying field, he worked very hard to make it easier on me. He was always willing to take my texts & phone calls to answer any questions I had. I appreciate all that he did for me. I would highly recommend Darren to all of my friends & family that are interested in buying a home!

Seller reviewI was embarrassed that I had to keep up with Darren! He was on top of everything immediately, calling me to check my email and explaining the rationale for the document in my inbox as well as responding immediately when I had questions. There was never a delay in any activity associated with the preparation for the sale. Darren recognized that it was a challenge for me to deal with clean up on the lot when I lived 145 miles away so he simply took care of it. I have NEVER had that experience with a realtor. Darren is a "get it done" kind of guy. Well, it was so good that I have asked Darren to assist me with another home sale. I think that say it all!
