Darren Daily listened to what we were looking for and worked well with me and my niece. He never rushed me. He wanted me to be happy with my choice. Even after the sale, he assisted us with a number of things since we were new to the area. I felt I could call him any time I had a question. I would highly recommend him as an agent, and would use him again if I chose to move. I am very happy with my choice of house and area. I felt guilty calling him so much, but he never acted as if I was a bother. He would say "call me anytime - I'm here to help" All very friendly.

We were within a very limited budget range. We needed someone who was aggressive when it came to making offers and closing deals, but wanted someone who was honest with us during the process. Darren always kept on top of new properties that came onto the market and even found ones that were idle on the market (eventually the home we bought!). Darren learned about us and our unique styles and tastes. He was friendly and worked with us as if we'd known each other for a decade. Not once, did he make us feel as though we didn't matter due to our low budget, etc. He was always available for us. My wife and I truly cannot give him high enough praise for his dedication and excellent work. Darren utilized e-signatures through the whole process. He communicated through email and text message, in order to make sure we were alerted immediately to any issues or needs from us during the process. Darren helped with inspections while we were away and communicated clearly and openly with us. Darren was competitive with any/all offers we made on properties and credits given by sellers. We never felt as though we were making an inadequate offer or coaxed into making an offer. Escrow was smooth and closed on time. From the day we met him in the office, he spoke with us to find out who we are, what we like, and what fits us best. Darren always focused on our unique style and budget when coming up with properties to show. He was always available for questions and gave us his honest knowledge and opinion.

Darren Daily is an amazing realtor and a great asset to our community. We fully enjoyed our experience of purchasing our first home. He was always patient and considerate of our needs as well as our time. Darren went above and beyond all of the expectations that we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asked.
