I had used Dave Harrell a couple years ago to sell a property. His experience and knowledge was invaluable to me as it turned out to be a tough sale that required much negotiation and several back and forth issues with the property and the buyer. I don't know that I could have gotten thru it without Dave Harrell to assist. When it was time to purchase a new property, I knew Dave Harrell would be the one I would turn to.
