I had used Dave Harrell a couple years ago to sell a property. His experience and knowledge was invaluable to me as it turned out to be a tough sale that required much negotiation and several back and forth issues with the property and the buyer. I don't know that I could have gotten thru it without Dave Harrell to assist. When it was time to purchase a new property, I knew Dave Harrell would be the one I would turn to. Dave Harrell was extremely helpful to us on purchasing this property. He responded quickly and kept us in the loop on everything that was happening and was always available for a call to discuss issues when they came up, as there were several on this property purchase. But Dave was there to discuss them with us. Dave teamed up with Mark Miller when we were purchasing this property and between the 2 of them, I don't think there is anything they couldn't have handled or a resource they didn't have. The 2 of them helped us immensely in going over some of the technical items on the property and had excellent suggestions for us on items we should be aware of and look for during our inspections. Mark Miller also has a broad resource of individuals/companies from years of selling properties that he shared with us. This resource has already come in helpful dealing with various issues we have on our property. His experience and knowledge has been a great help to us. Dave Harrell and Mark Miller are a fantastic team and between the 2 of them, with their patience and incredible wealth of knowledge I just can't say enough about them.

Dave Harrell provided outstanding service, he was our friend and provided much needed assistance thru the whole process!!! We live 3 hrs from the house and Dave gave much needed assistance in getting things done! In fact he went the extra mile, he tried to help us find a baby blanket my wife was making for our daughter, by accident we had left at the house in Cloverdale one weekend. I felt Dave Was there for us 100% and at the same time helping us appreciate the buyers were going to value and appreciate the house. We have already recomended Dave to friends in Cloverdale !!
