Seller reviewDave Harrell did an outstanding job in marketing the condo and had great suggestions to make the property appealing. His suggestions and assistant allow the property to sell fast. What else can I say, all went great. I will have other properties to sell in the near future and I want Dave to handle the transactions.

However, I was most impressed with his people skills as he was able to explain with patience this potentially confusing process in a way that left me feeling informed, and worry-free. His level of skill in this area did not go unnoticed. I feel like I got a fabulous agent, and a touch of a life coach. Can't say enough compliments about Dave.

His advice regarding when to get the house on market, how to price it, how to negotiate realistically with buyer were all critical in making the sale and reflect his many years of real estate experience. I'd choose Dave again in a heartbeat. Not only was Dave all of the above at excellent levels, but I want to stress that Dave's communications were clear and timely, especially in describing risk/reward of various items in negotiation. He is easy to work with but without being "salesy" or pushy. Totally professional. I TRUSTED Dave and felt that trust was well rewarded. It had been many years since I was involved in a Real Estate sale/purchase of my own. I was truly amazed at how hard Dave Harrell worked, how many big and small things he had to take care of or about which he had to provide advice or assistance in getting my house ready for sale. His recommendations for additional help from service providers all worked out well. There were a few I rejected temporarily thinking I could save money. My choices ended up costing me money in the end. Listen to Dave. He really does know best. His advice derives from his invaluable experience.
