Dave is an Iowa boy, born and raised. He grew up in Rock Rapids in Northwest. Dave is married and has two great kids. He loves being active in the Siouxland community and helping it become a better place.
Dave started his sales career right here in Sioux City managing Tip Top Tux. He had a passion for helping people look great for their big day. He then worked for two Hilton properties. He knew he had to funnel the satisfaction he received from helping others and channel it into real estate. He now enjoys having the opportunity to help people with the biggest investment in their life. He prides himself in keeping excellent communication and relieving any stressors that can transpire. He understood what we were looking for in a home and managed to make a personalized list of homes that fit our price point, location, and expectations. As Dave was showing us our home, he left us with absolutely no questions to ask. He managed to answer questions that we wouldn't have even thought about asking. Dave was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the listing, leaving us absolutely comfortable with making an offer right after the showing. His negotiation tactics were beautifully done, when we put in an offer. Dave was incredibly punctual on his communication and let us know about any new updates there were for us. Our experience with him was as smooth as smooth gets. Everything about our experience as first time home buyers, was the complete opposite of what we expected, and that's all because Dave was a wonderful asset to us! If you are looking for someone honest, trustworthy, and genuine, Dave is the person for you! I can't recommend Dave enough to friends and family in need of a realtor!

Seller reviewDave Soroka has an eye for detail. If you want your house sold, LISTEN to him!! He knows what he is talking about. He is a master at getting the right photos/furniture placement, etc, getting your house on the web to be seen in the best "light" to get sold!! So if he recommends you to move something, store something, etc... do it. His methods work! Plus he's a nice guy to boot!! I highly recommend him as your next real-estate agent.
