Personal Profile
I have served the public in Real Estate since 2005 and have been highly successful with selling over 500+ properties and earned various Century 21 Top Producer awards. I am a full time Realtor and have helped a lot of people buy and sell Real Estate, I also helped the banks sell their foreclosed assets. I not only sold the bank's assets, I also managed their asset's utilities, repairs, liens, and any reports needed for their records.
I have served on the High Desert Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 4 years and numerous other committees such as Government Relation Committee, Local Candidate Recommendation Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and the MLS Committee where I served as Chairperson for 2 years and a member for over 4 years.
Before becoming a successful Realtor, I managed Coco's Restaurants for 12 years with the same success that I currently have. I also served this Great Country in the United State Air Force. Seller reviewI can't begin to tell you how pleased I am that David Divito was our Realtor. The professionalism he showed was nothing short of exceptional! He knew the market and helped us evaluate the value of our home and because of that we ended up with more than we thought we would from the sale of our home. On top of that, our home was only on the market for one week when it sold. David took the time to get to know our family, and walking away from this sale, I honestly feel like he is part of our family. My children (8yo, 6yo, & 4yo) all would get so excited to see him. The personal touch David provided on top his professionalism and expertise exceeded every expectation we had. I would absolutely recommend David Divito to anyone and everyone!
