I have served the public in Real Estate since 2005 and have been highly successful with selling over 500+ properties and earned various Century 21 Top Producer awards. I am a full time Realtor and have helped a lot of people buy and sell Real Estate, I also helped the banks sell their foreclosed assets. I not only sold the bank's assets, I also managed their asset's utilities, repairs, liens, and any reports needed for their records.
I have served on the High Desert Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 4 years and numerous other committees such as Government Relation Committee, Local Candidate Recommendation Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and the MLS Committee where I served as Chairperson for 2 years and a member for over 4 years.
Before becoming a successful Realtor, I managed Coco's Restaurants for 12 years with the same success that I currently have. I also served this Great Country in the United State Air Force. Seller reviewWe had an excellent experience with David. We lost my mom a year ago, and were at a loss as to what to do about her house. We live two hours away and were not familiar with the area. A friend of mine had heard about David and recommended that we reach out to him. David was a great partner from start to finish, supporting us through this difficult and sometimes emotional process. David is a wonderful person who cares about his clients. He went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed throughout the process. David is well connected in the area and was able to recommend folks for the various services we needed. David followed up with us to make sure the recommended folks did a great job. In one instance, the work completed by one of the folks was not exactly what was needed. David followed up with the person and had them correct the work to the right level of quality. We recommend David to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. He is an excellent professional who is very good with people and the real estate process.

Buyer reviewDavid sold our home and helped with purchase of our new home in Timely manner. David pushed Escrow to close making sure I filed all signatures promptly to please Escrow Company and loan documents. It was stressful time for me, however, David assured closing Crestline home and purchasing new home in Apple Valley would work out, which it did. My wife and I are very happy with our new home in Apple Valley.
