Selling a house is a stressful process for any seller, so his enthusiasm and positive attitude was very helpful in keep myself motivated and on task during this time. And he was excited about ALL aspects of the selling process, from meeting the family, updating the home, marketing approaches, taking drone video and house photos to the open house). His genuine excitement and hopeful attitude was quite infectious. It made you feel a good outcome was definitely coming soon and we would achieve our goals. I don't think you can say the same for many other realtors, in my opinion.
