Seller reviewDavid was always early to arrive for meetings with perspective buyers and/or myself. David is very aggressive, conscientious, knowledgeable, personable and exerts much perseverance. He informs you of your options to make an informed decision. I was selling an apartment house and he explained what would be needed to attain the price that I wanted; he managed workers and crews to reach the end result. David went above and beyond by actually performing repairs himself, checking and following through to make sure things were completed. At times it seemed that the actual sale would not occur but he always was positive and instilled confidence in me. In a previous review of David it was stated that he is relentless and gives 121%; I agree. He is one of the best of the best and truly an asset for not only Century 21 but for his clients. All aspects of the sale moved at a moderate pace.
