Residential and commercial properties in Center City and the surrounding communities of Philadelphia are my areas of expertise. For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. Over the years I worked hard to develop a deep market knowledge of Philadelphia, and I believe this makes me a prestigious asset of Century 21 Advantage Gold, the largest Century 21 in Pennsylvania. Buyer reviewDave was a terrific realtor who I would recommend to anyone buying or selling a home in Philadelphia. His extensive knowledge of South Philadelphia was a tremendous asset as we looked at houses around Point Breeze and Pennsport. He exceeded our expectations of a realtor in every aspect. He provided sound advice throughout the home buying process that ultimately helped us land on a house we love at a reasonable price in a strong sellers market. We dealt directly with Dave throughout the home buying process, no assistants or "settlement experts" to free Dave up to handle more clients, just Dave. I would strongly recommend Dave to any of my friends or family looking for a realtor in the area.
