Residential and commercial properties in Center City and the surrounding communities of Philadelphia are my areas of expertise. For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. Over the years I worked hard to develop a deep market knowledge of Philadelphia, and I believe this makes me a prestigious asset of Century 21 Advantage Gold, the largest Century 21 in Pennsylvania. Buyer reviewDave Lombardo did an outstanding job in helping my wife and I find a new home in Philadelphia. He made this difficult task such a pleasure due to his tremendous knowledge of the area and his great personality. When things become hectic and tense he guided us through the process and listened to our concerns before offering his expert advice. He took care of everything with the seller and made sure we stuck to the terms of the contract. He also made sure that everything was ready for the closing agent and the mortgage company. We were definitely in great hands with Dave. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

I got an offer $5000.00 more than asked. So Dave was right in the ball park. I am very satisfied Can't say enough about how easy it was to deal with Dave. He knows his stuff. Dave made everything very easy for me. He would respond to inquires immediately or in very short order. Nothing was a problem for him. He is very cordial and down to earth, almost like dealing with a personal friend. I would recommend him to anyone.
