Seller reviewDavid Pickering knows the market, was extremely responsive and helpful. This was the first time we sold a house ourselves (all others were corporate relo) and it was surprisingly easy, thanks to David's expertise.

Buyer reviewDavid Pickering is the only broker I will deal with in his geographic area. He is outstanding and actually puts up with my anally retentive nonsense and I want it done yesterday mode of work. Not only is his work outstanding but his "other" people that surround the project have the same work ethic and "can do" attitude. He is also part therapist. Attention to detail is his key feature. nothing gets by him. This is, I honestly forget, how many properties we have been involved in. All of the things above are descriptors for David but timely and clear communications is the most important to me. I don't care whether it is good or bad but I need to know and in a timely manner. I mentioned he is also partially a therapist when I lose my mind. He actually appreciates my humor...big plus!
