Buyer reviewBecause of the inexperience of the condo association representative and the apparent lack of knowledge and interest of the seller's agent David had to invest a significant amount of time in overcoming their lethargy and incompetence. This may be a bit harsh on them but for sure David had to spend much more time getting us to a successful close than would normally be required. David was persistent when necessary, patient when required and his experience in condo purchases proved invaluable.
