David Thomas was recommended highly by someone we knew. His positive energy left us feeling totally safe leaving the state to our new house with our Sonoma home in his hands. We are thrilled with all phases of the sale and all the people involved. David knew just what to do and when to do it. I was so comfortable and he took all my stress away about trying to pack up and move and still take care of Ventana's cleaning, touch ups, handyman work.
