David is a knowledgeable person and seems willing to fill you in on a lot of necessary information, to help the process of home buying move more smoothly. I would definitely consider him trustworthy. I never felt pressured to buy a certain home due to commission etc. reasons. Obviously, I don't know what goes on behind the scenes in real estate, but felt he was taking care of business well and with good intentions. I would recommend him to others for real estate needs.

Because I am from out of the area I needed a lot of help zeroing in on the right house. David Thomas was patient and knowledgeable about the area, and helped with all of the inspections that I couldn't attend. It was always easy to get a clear answer and he was quick to respond with helpful suggestions. Compared to the other agents I have dealt with, he is far superior. I believe him to be ethical and straightforward, and he gets things done.

David was a pleasure to work. He understood our personal needs and was always kind and considerate. He was always available to answer questions and came to our house on several occasions when he knew it was hard for us to get out. He was always a true gentleman and a professional If we ever need a realtor again we will absolutely call David!!!

David also helped with some questions I had about my home purchase in Redding. David is also helping me move my belongings to Redding and he provided me with an excellent repair man and packer, Anthony Rupert. I'm going to miss David a lot! Also, I lived in my home in Windsor for 38 years! This was no easy process for me.
