Dawn Brown did an amazing job making sure I was happy and comfortable with the home I chose. She answered any questions thoroughly and did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. She made the process easy and stress free. Dawn Brown knew exactly what to look for and point out at the houses we looked at. She did her research on the properties and area before I moved in to make sure I was going to be safe and happy where I was. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family because she knew exactly what she was talking about and explained things in detail. I was a first time buyer, so I had a ton of questions about the whole process. She had no issue answering them. She made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Buyer reviewDawn was absolutely amazing! I was with this other broker for a year and they wanted me to do all the work and no direction at all being a first time home buyer. Dawn was on it sending me houses left and right, walked me through everything! She was very knowledgeable about homes, structures what to look for on heaters, water heaters roofs everything everywhere. Dawn is top notch! After I moved in and I had water coming in from my roofing through my ceiling fan during a bad storm Dawn came right over within an hour and is even helping me get it fixed. Who does that?? Hands down Dawn does!! Dawn keep all my silly request up front in her mind! I will send anyone to her and if I ever think about doing this again she will definitely be my first and ONLY choice! Annie Logan was amazing when she had to show me a home! I would definitely recommend her also!

Buyer reviewDawn did a phenomenal job from start to finish from the sale of my previous house to the close of my new one. In a market when houses are being sold in 24 hours its hard to keep up with what's for sale let alone getting in to see them. But Dawn was always ready to go the extra mile to make sure we were aware of houses that fit our preferences and getting us appointments to see them.
