Dawn Brown responded to our call from a yard sign. I decided to continue to use Dawn as my agent from the knowledge she exhibited. This was a critical decision as I am not a resident of IN; and, in fact, was a decision well chosen. After several showings, I decided on a very unique find, one that would test the resolve of all involved. Intent on this "diamond in the rough", Dawn's knowledge, experience, professionalism, and perseverance was key in completing the sale. As a long distance buyer, my own knowledge of the local requirements and the area municipalities fell far short in IN; Dawn proved to be an integral part and a trusted agent in all the follow-up negotiation/ detailed paperwork that was subsequently required.
