Debbi did a great job of selling our rental property last year; so, it was very easy to have her sell my deceased step father's mobile home. She had it sold in a day for our asking price. Can't beat that. Debbi is very professional. She handles her duties separately from friendship (although it does make it easier for the both of us to know one another). I appreciated her businesslike approach but also her friendliness and quick response to questions and issues. She has a good knowledge of the sales market on the Central Coast. At our first meeting she had comps ready and assisted us in determining sales price. She also had very good suggestions for prepping the mobile home for sale, which we followed.
