Being a first time home buyer in an extremely crazy market, you need someone that you can trust and that truly cares about you. While it is a unique situation being Debbie's son, I know our experience with her as a realtor was anything but unique. My mom treats all her clients like they were, as she would say, "her babies". With that being said, we were absolutely blown away with her dedication, clear communication, knowledge of the local market, and being with us every single step of the process from our first meeting until closing and beyond. I know we are not special though, in that she treats all her clients this way. Navigating this fast paced market comes with a flurry of emotions. Debbie didn't just answer all our questions and concerns from a housing perspective, but provided wisdom and council from an emotional standpoint. Buying a home is a big investment!!! We liked to say that she not only was our realtor, but also our therapist. Over the past several years, it has been special seeing Debbie not only find her clients amazing homes but seeing the friendships that bloom during and after the process. No surprise to me at all; that's just the loving, caring, honest mother she has always been. I always see her working effortlessly with her clients (who she LOVES and treats like her own) and it is no surprise to me at all how deeply she cared for EVERY person and situation. Once we fill this home with babies, we will be sure to use her to help us find our next! Keep up the great work Debbie!!!!!

Debbie Kenny is an incredible realtor, and I wish everyone could work with her. My fiance and I were first home buyers so we weren't really sure how the process worked. She was always so helpful when we had questions. She could tell us stats about every area we looked at. She always provided us pros and cons of the houses. Her personality is great too because she is so friendly and outgoing. She actually cared about us as people and didn't want to just sell us any house for the money.
