Denise gave great advice on putting the house in a good condition for sale. It was sold super fast. And she provided excellent service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her; she was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and very experienced, since her instincts for negotiating in this marketplace were excellent and trustworthy; so different from the NY marketplace.
