Everything was handled in a timely manner and the way we would expect from a senior agent. My wife and I felt that she truly went to bat for us. She is an absolute asset to your company. In the future, she will be the only realtor we deal with. We also intend to recommend her when the situation arises. I doubt the purchasing of a home could be "easy" but she made it as painless as possible and we very much appreciate her for it.

She had been a long time friend of my husband as they worked together in Philadelphia and rode the train. My husband passed in 2014 and it was a no brainer to request that she help me sale my house. This process was extremely difficult at times however, Denise and her husband Don were always there to console me and offer their assistance beyond measure. They always lifted my spirits and made me feel that everything would work out. Denise exemplified professionalism in dealing with contractors, the buyer's realtor, documents and contracts and with me. She went with me shopping to stage the house, made numerous suggestions, hung draperies, arranged furniture and planted flowers. She always had my best interest at heart as I have health issues. Denise was my husband's friend but now she is my friend and I thank her for all of her patience with me.
