I am so happy to be working at CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. I have been a REALTOR® for over 20 years and have won many awards, surpassed many goals and love what I do! In my career I have achieved many designations and successes including Top 10 Producer, Top Referring Agent, Centurion Team Agent, Branch Sales Training Director, Office Image Award Winner and my very first year I was named Rookie of the Year. I am originally from Michigan and enjoyed several years in Colorado before settling in Southern California to pursue my Real Estate Career. I recently left Palm Springs California and moved here to Florida to take care of my parents and decided to get into the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant to better assist them. Buyer reviewDiane is a wonderful person, not only was she my realtor and helped guide me thru this process of purchasing locally from out of state, but she has become a friend and someone I am genuinely fond of. I would highly recommend diane without hesitation to others because of her professionalism and knowledge of the area that I purchased my home in. She made appropriate recommendations for what I was looking for in the area and suggested some places that she thought I would be less happy with. Diane often throughout the process made me feel like I was her only client, when I knew I wasn't. She also reassured me when I got nervous about the process. I can't thank her enough for helping me through this process!

Seller reviewWe chose Diane because of her bubbly personality. She seemed so energetic, passionate, and a real go-getter. She was very upfront with us about the agency not really being in our area, but with her personality, we did not think that was an issue. We called her in hopes of seeing some homes we thought we might be interested in located in a gated community. After our initial meeting, we then decided to put our house up for sale. There needs to be another category for Diane. There has to be a category that rates her ABOVE excellent!! Diane went above and beyond our expectations! She is very thorough and followed through with EVERY detail! Even though we have had our closing, she is still following-up with us. Selling a house is always stressful! We were on the market 10 days, received an offer, and we closed in 2 weeks. Our heads were spinning, but Diane arranged for us to remain in the house, RENT FREE, until we found a new place or until August 1, whichever comes first!! She was definitely working for us with our interests in mind! The staff that attended our closing were very professional and friendly.
