I have to say that Mr. Lobin is absolutely one of the MOST professional, knowledgeable, and communicative people it has ever been my pleasure to work with. I cannot imagine working with anyone else and having a better experience than we had with Mr. Lobin. He stands head and shoulders above anyone else we might have considered.

He contacted people he knew and property had an offer within a week his assistant was also always available for any questions. I like the fact that they use the digisign so is a lot faster to sign and return documents. Overall I'm very satisfied with Dick Lobin and Century 21

He received more than the asking price, and handled a complicated distance sale as well as a 1031 Exchange for me, helping in every way to make it seem effortless. This was a very difficult and complicated experience over a long distance, but was handled so well that it went very smoothly. Dick's Assistant, Joanne, was very helpful, smoothing the way for completing forms and electronic signing, showing patience and thoughtful understanding throughout the process.
