We put it on the market on a Friday and by Sunday morning I had 3 offers already. The rest of the process went very smoothly and we closed in a very reasonable time period from when we accepted the offer. I would highly recommend Geba realty and Donna and her team are a pleasure to work with. If I had another chance I would work with her again.
