Donna was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in dealing with the sale of our property in the Glen Spey area. I'm addition to the forestburgh lot, she listed and sold 2 additional properites. Sale of our property was complicated by a commercial lease held by a business. We were informed by an attorney and another real estate company the best way to sell the property would be to challenge the lease in court. That would have potentially added years to the process and would be expensive with no guarantee of success. After contacting Donna, I was thrilled to see how quickly the process went. She was professional and efficient. Within a few days of meeting her, a beautiful set of photos and nice review of the property was available on several websites. She actually highlighted the commercial lease to specifically target the right potential buyers. Within a few weeks Donna identified a buyer. After some negotiation the property was sold for the price we wanted. We are very pleased with Donna Geba and Century 21.
