Seller reviewDonna Meador told me what I needed to hear about the property, not what she thought I wanted to hear. I immediately respected her for that. It saved me time as well as money to skip planned improvements that would add nothing to the sales value of the home. But, more importantely, she was correct, the house sold without the improvements I had planned to make.

Once the house is on the market and we are moving out of state, she handle everything from house maintenances to the depositing of the checks. She was very helpful and straight forward with us on the sale of our home. She is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business. She would respond quickly if we sent her a text message or called her. Top notch customer service!

Seller reviewDonna was a an exceltional sales person. I recieed a card in the mail from her all the way in NJ. Obviously records of a death in the family triggers real estate brokers. From the very irst time I called her, I felt at ease and also felt she would follow up when she said she would. There was am honesty about her, that I felt immidiately and thought she would be the one. I had two other brokers I was talking to. But I found Donna not only easy ton talk to but she was available all the time. She responded quckly, accurately and wasa always very professional. Her husband who works closelt with her was also very forth coming, hepful and a just a really nice guy. I would not hesitate to forward her name to anyone or speak with anyone who is on the fence about her. She is Awsome.

Made suggestions but always leaving decision to us. We also appreciated her knowledge with all aspects of real estate and made it easy for us to understand. She helped us with the negotiation piece.
