Doug spent many many weeks with us house searching, writing offers, delivering the sad news of being out bid, until our offer was finally accepted on a sixth try. In all our years, we have never experienced a market such as this. We feel that Doug went above and beyond what a realtor typically is expected to do. Now that we've closed on the house, Doug is still answering questions and being very helpful with the tasks we have asked his guidance on. We are so thankful and blessed that God put Doug in our lives!

Seller reviewDoug offered over the top help in areas needed before I contracted with him. He offered and cleaned moss off of the north side of the home. Doug didn't have to be at closing but went anyway. I live out of State and he gave me the assurance I needed knowing he was there to represent me. This home was in my family for nearly 70 years. It was very bittersweet letting it go. Doug and his daughter Saundra made the transition easier. They were both very kind and helpful in every way. From start to finish I couldn't ask for more. If all agents were like Doug selling or buying would be a great experience. He even bought a vacuum cleaner from the estate yard sale and vacuumed a couple of rooms that needed it. He also hung curtains that added a nice touch to showing the home .
