I was licensed in Kentucky in 1982 as a sales associate. In 1984 I qualified for my Brokers License and managed my first office in Florence, Kentucky. In 1986 I passed my apprentice Auctioneers exam and over the next three years completed the requirements to become a Principal Auctioneer. Over the last30 years I have become a leader in the real estate community throughout Kentucky. In 2001, I was named "REALTOR of the Year" by the Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS. Currently. I am the principal broker of CENTURY 21 Garner Properties. Seller reviewDoug is VERY accomodating in meeting with me, as the seller. He met with me exactly at the time I mentioned and had everything completed and ready for my signature when he said he would. He has knowledge of the exact location of the property and is very familiar with farm land, that is why I chose him. He has been in the Real Estate business for several years and I knew I would have great results with him and his agency. He took great pictures of the property and I told my husband after seeing them, I had second thoughts about selling because he really knew just how to show it off to the prospective buyers! He always kept me informed about the buyers, and he had multiple offers just 2 days after the listing. We had results faster than I even imagined! I hope he is still in business if I ever decide to sell more property!!
