I was licensed in Kentucky in 1982 as a sales associate. In 1984 I qualified for my Brokers License and managed my first office in Florence, Kentucky. In 1986 I passed my apprentice Auctioneers exam and over the next three years completed the requirements to become a Principal Auctioneer. Over the last30 years I have become a leader in the real estate community throughout Kentucky. In 2001, I was named "REALTOR of the Year" by the Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS. Currently. Doug. Garner was a fantastic realtor. He was very knowledgeable about the entire Northern Kentucky area and very helpful in assisting us in narrowing down areas to look and what to look for in our new home. He was very reachable by email, phone and text. Doug was extremely approachable and very patient in our many months of searching. He helped us kick off our search by suiting down with us and discussing what we were really looking for in a home. From that short conversation he was able to provide us with a list of homes for sale to review. He took a very scary process and made it fun! We have recommended Doug to many of our friends and continue to do so. When the time comes to move, he will certainly be our first call!
