However Eileen was local to the area we purchased in so we decided to work locally. Eileen was 100% on every level and very communitive! She kept us updated every step of the way and when we needed her or reached out, she was always so quick to respond. We would definately use Eileen again and recommend her!

Buyer reviewEileen was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I am not local and Eileen went above and beyond to make this a smooth process for me. She did well beyond the scope of her duties to assist me since I am not local. She called the local health department and submitted paperwork on my behalf for land permits, found a contractor at an extremely reasonable rate, negotiated excellently on my behalf. I can't thank her enough for her support through this process especially as this is my first land purchase. It was very smooth. Eileen was not only knowledgeable but extremely kind and patient.
