Eileen kept us well informed and did everything she could to keep this process moving forward. We could not have asked her to do anything more than she did. Buyer reviewEileen was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I am not local and Eileen went above and beyond to make this a smooth process for me. She did well beyond the scope of her duties to assist me since I am not local. She called the local health department and submitted paperwork on my behalf for land permits, found a contractor at an extremely reasonable rate, negotiated excellently on my behalf. I can't thank her enough for her support through this process especially as this is my first land purchase. It was very smooth. Eileen was not only knowledgeable but extremely kind and patient.

Buyer reviewWe chose this lot because it is in our neighborhood, within sight of our current property and because of price reduction. It was a spur of the moment decision to purchase the property and with Suzanne giving us Eileen to work with, it was accomplished quickly, courteously and uncomplicated. She was very attentive to our wants & needs; found answers to any questions we had and made the whole thing a pleasant experience. If she didn't have an answer, she had resources to get one. I believe we were her first clients for a purchase. She was very professional and needed very little help in completing the transaction. Her mentor was there as well and did a good job in supporting her when necessary. Would definitely go to her again for realtor needs!
