Seller reviewEmma Perez is very trustsworth and knew she would work the hardest to get what I demanded of the sale. Emma Perez was great at screening potencial buyers and brings us all offers. Instrumental in getting us more money on the sale on suggested upgrading of the home. Emma keep us informed of the process almost daily. And was accessible when needed to answer any of our questions. Emma was very professional in her work. Her communication skills are excellent. Her experience showed in the process of the sale.

Buyer reviewEmma was awesome! She is knowledgable, helpful, and quick to respond. Emma listened to every feature we were looking for in our dream home. We felt we recieved top notch treatment and a great deal based off her experience and knowledge Along with Emma, her staff was very professional and kind. Her associate, Jon Saravia was always present throughout the process. We were fortunate to have them both always readily available. They were both so easy to talk to and any concerns we had they always had a solution and answer to. Highly recommend Emma for any future real eatate purchase not just for myself but for all my family and friends

If we ever had any questions or concerns Emma always had a solution or answers and she was always quick to respond. Everyone we spoke with and assisted Emma with were all very helpful and patient. Overall this process was very quick, organized, and stress free. We are very happy how much we benefited from selling our home to help purchase our new residence.
