The service and assistance provided by Emma Pérez exceeded all expectations. Throughout the four month plus process of finding and buying my home, Emma always made herself available to me. She was without fail, professional, responsive, attentive, and ever patient in answering my numerous questions and concerns on a variety of topics related to our home purchase. She is clearly quite knowledgeable and often shared research and information to help my knowledge base and comfort in the home-buying process. She made me feel secure in the fact that she was engaged and right there with me and for me through each step of the process and showed clearly that she cared about providing the best possible service and assistance, from offers, to Escrow and loan, to getting the keys in my hands. If I needed to see a place multiple times (and I often did :), she never showed irritation nor discomfort. The same happened with my voluminous questions. She always made sure all I had answers to my questions and concerns. At one point when I had concerns on the topic of area hazards for a particular property, Emma involved her supervisor, who offered a detailed explanation and provided examples from his many years of experience on my particular topic of concern. Emma thoroughly and exhaustively researched the areas I was interested in and when the areas and/or properties did not fit my needs she aggressively expanded the search and did not stop until we found the area and home that I was comfortable with. She did all of this while never applying pressure for me to make a decision one way or another and often reminded me she was there for me, and that it didn't matter how long it took to find the home that he was right for me. Emma's joy and passion for the job, thorough and caring approach made her the best "partner" on this very stressful life changing venture. I can honestly say that at this time in my life, and during these uncertain times, I don't believe I would have purchased my home, had it been anyone other than Emma at my side.
