Even before I knew Enrique is a real estate agent, I already knew him as a nice guy. The sale was done according to the set timeline. Very organized. We trusted his expertise and followed his recommendations.It was not an easy task but at the end of the day, we got what we were hoping for. He was able to find a buyer on the very first open house. And until the closing, he was there to tell us what to do. Excellent service. He is knowledgeable and generous of his expertise. You want Enrique as your real estate agent. It was a good experience overall. Timeline was followed accordingly. Satisfied customer!

As mentioned previously, Enrique is a realtor's realtor. If you want to get a property sold, Enrique is the go-to guy. When we decided to sell this property (vacant land in Moreno Valley), we chose Enrique because of his previous outstanding performance selling a rental home we owned in Fontana. It did not matter that this property was "out of the area" because we knew that Enrique has high energy and works tirelessly and if any one could sell this property, it would be Enrique. We did not expect to sell this property because of its issues, BUT Enrique did sell it and with full disclosures. And YES, Enrique does answer his phone.

Remember Enrique Vasquez-Plaza, great guy, hire him. I don't know if anyone will see the rest of this review--so here goes. Enrique saved our family because we had hired a lawyer who was dragging out the probate process on a house. Not only did we need the money from the house (badly), we couldn't afford to pay the mortgage nor continue paying for its upkeep. We needed the house sold *yesterday* but even getting answers from the lawyer took up precious time. Then Enrique comes along, canvassing (is that the word?) the neighborhood to see who was interested in selling. My brother gets friendly with him--and we lucked out because Enrique got things moving again. He used his knowledge of real estate as well as the probate process to get us back on track. The house sold for more than what we asked for, thank God because we needed it. He never avoided our calls, never delayed, but actually greased the wheels and we found out that we would have lost the house to foreclosure if Enrique hadn't saved us. He priced the house well enough that there were over 40--over forty--offers on the house! We got a good price for it and even though the sale is done, Enrique has still helped us get through this. Enrique knows the ins and outs of getting things done because he has a lot of experience, he's smart. We could've just come across as irritating to him and instead he made friends both with our family and with the attorney's office.

Enrique displayed such a genuine professional demeanor and approach to such a critical decision. For the entirety of our time frame of business, reference the purchase of our new home, Enrique felt like a close friend as he showed great interest in the desires of my family. Enrique provides great knowledge in questions asked and did the leg work to figure out answers for questions and points of interest regarding questions he did not know. Enrique worked very diligently to assist and lead my family and I into our new beautiful home. There are no complaints or things Enrique could have done better as everything felt smooth and happened in a timely fashion. Enrique is a realists and a straight shooter, however displays the utmost professionalism/strong work ethic as he delivered on his word and provided outstanding service. Definitely will utilize Enrique's services again should the opportunity arise.
