This was the second time I have worked with Enrique Vasquez and I am very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market. We came to him thinking we had no equity in our house and Enrique showed us that we did. He was always on top of every detail that was needed to make this sale happen. Enrique sales more homes in a year than 10 average agents. He does this for a reason, which is why he is good at his job. He knows how to close deals and read people, which is critical when negotiating big deals quickly. While Enrique does a large volume of business with multiple listings you would never know it, as he makes you feel like your the only client he has and keeps you informed and communicates often. If you want an A player on your team, Enrique is the guy. Great Job and thank you for your efforts Enrique!
