He went above an agent's duty helping us with everything not just the real estate transaction. He was very helpful And walked us through the process of purchasing in Florida. He helped with everything and arranged it all. We never had to contact anyone else since eric did it all. He made it easy and very smoothe.

Buyer reviewEric Greenberg was fabulous in our search for a property to build a home on in East Boca Raton. We moved here from Minneapolis MN in August 2016. We started our search for where to live in Palm Beach County several years ago. My cousin in the Chicago area who was a realtor searched Florida and highly recommended Eric to us. He has lived up to everything she said. He was always there when we needed him. We made several trips to the area in the past few years and Eric took the time for us to help us come up with our dream community East Boca. East Boca is a very tough place to find a lot to build on that we could afford. We worked with Eric over the years and with his knowledge, customer first attitude and persistence we found a perfect place to build our final home in Boca Raton. We are thrilled that it is close to our son and daughter and grand kids (which he also helped to find a lovely home for them in mid-Boca). We think of Eric as not only our realtor but as a wonderful friend as part of this experience.

They said he was the first person to do this. I've recently contacted him to look at more purchases next spring (2017).
