Buyer reviewAs an out-of-state son of a Delray Beach condo purchaser, Eric provided very personal service by bringing documents to my parents directly. He also ensured they had transportation to the closing while answering all of their questions during the purchase and closing processes. As my parents' advocate, Eric kept me apprised of all activities- both large and small- from contract to application to closing. He went above and beyond to ensure both my parents and myself were kept in the loop the whole time.
