Eric was masterful in helping me negotiate various demands made by buyer. Eric is extremely knowledgable in real estate law requirements as well as residential real estate market, in general. We are first time home buyers and Eric Hinton made the process super simple. He handled all of the documents and negotiations, and got us a better deal than I would have been able to get on my own. When we were touring houses he was able to point out issues that were not super obvious to us. We didnt end up going with the first house we put an offer for, and he continued to be helpful. Even though the process was taking longer we never felt rushed into a decision. Would recommend Eric to anyone.
