Buyer reviewEric was so very diligent in all the work that he put into our offers. He always worked hard to get offers down if we were interested the day of. We never had to wait on Eric for any kind of incoming and important information! Eric never came across to us as just a realtor looking for a sell. He was very personable and cared about our needs. He cared enough to pay attention to details within the house and had us picture the future. He made this process so much smoother because he actually cared for his clients. I don't think we could find someone else better than Eric. We are constantly recommending him to family and friends. He was excellent in communication and always had a positive vibe! I had specific real estate needs that made finding the right home for me more difficult than previous moves.
