I had already hired her husband to build me a house, but Erica just wanted to show me the condo because she understood the need for less upkeep, and she was absolutely right. I'm looking forward to less time working on the yard and more time playing. I highly recommend Erica, she's laid back, funny, knowledgeable, and knows her business. Erica is such a joy to work with. I would definitely use her again.

Our situation was one where we were not looking to buy a house as we had already purchased land to build on. However, an interest in a listing turned into a more viable option and finally our future home, with all the assistance, help and guidance of Erica. She was very informative throughout the buying process, and was diligent in following up on every single aspect of our queries and purchase.
