Buyer reviewErica is personable and enthusiastic and she kept us updated at all times. She's very thorough. Any transaction can be difficult but Erica really helped to make it go as smoothly as possible. She always took the time to explain what was happening and what she needed from us. Erica was responsive and professional, she truly helped this kind-of complicated deal to go as smoothly as possible. She never failed to return a call or find information when asked. I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience in her day. She really helped us get to that closing and we couldn't be happier! This was the first deal in Erica's promising career so we dealt mostly with her but when there was a small glitch at the very end, her team really stepped up and helped out, excellent teamwork! And Erica always made sure to ask her mentor if she was unsure about something. A stellar experience in all, I'll recommend both Erica Shirey and Century 21 in the future.
