Seller reviewEvan was very honest and I felt he was very trustworthy. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I live in another State and he was able to help in many ways, which made the sale and closing go very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Evan 100% to anyone that is looking to buy or sell. Besides being very professional, he made me feel at ease leaving everything in his hands. I live in New York and was nervous about putting the condo for sale, while not living there. After speaking to Evan about listing it, I absolutely knew that I was picking the right agent to sell my condo. I had such a great experience with Evan, I wouldn't think of using or recommending any other agent.
