When on a visit to South Florida last year, I visited a local open house and met Yitzi Evan Smith. At that time he provided me with information regarding homes in the area I was interested in. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and understood that I was not looking for a home immediately but stated when I was ready he would be willing to assist us in finding our home. While I was still living in New Jersey throughout the year that followed my meeting Yitzi at the open house, he would periodically call me and ask how the progress was going with my house up North, he would also remind me that when I was ready to buy in Florida, he would be glad to assist my husband and I. In the middle of August, my husband and I relocated to South Florida we did not have any knowledge of the rules, regulations, etc. Working with Yitzi, we found that he was knowledgeable and was able to provide us with proper guidance to help us find our Florida home. During the process of searching for a home we had a few issues related to the condition of the homes we were looking at. During this time, Yitzi displayed his excellent knowledge, guidance and patience. Because of Yitzi's excellent performance, we intend to remain friends and continue our relationship on a personal level as well.

Evan was very good and helpful to my daughter and myself. We were in contact with Evan more than a year before we made the final move to Floria. Evan was sending us e-mails of properties,as we were not sure of our final location. Evan showed great understanding and patience with us as we were looking for 2 properties. At times it was a little confusing. But with Evans help everything worked out, and now my daughter, her husband, and my self cannot wait to get Into our new homes, and start our new lives in Florida. My total experience with Evan, and Century 21 has been a very good one. I found Evan to be very helpful to us, and he was there to get us back on track when at times we were very confused, and almost ready to give up. When we had problems. With houses that we had put deposits on, and for some reason the deal fell through he was able to talk us through the sadness of losing a house that we realy liked, but it all worked out for the best, and we are very happy with our final choice.

Evan was there through every step, always instantly got back to us regarding any questions that arose. Really made first time buying so much easier.

Evan Smith had many suggestion to offer. He worked very hard to make sure that everything went smoothly,responded to e-mails from other broker and interested client in property. Evan assisted me in the closing providing me with suggestions, and making sure I did not miss anything! I would strongly suggest Evan to any interested client.
